She found us a place within 4 hours it was listed on the market, for a very good deal while also meeting all of our criteria. Charlene really knows her stuff when it comes to pricing acreages.
We thought she had priced high but she was right and fought for us to get a good deal. Talked us through some ridiculous offers and crazy subjects helping us stand firm and get a fantastic deal. VERY happy she was working for us through this process.
